Recently I worked with an old mentor and friend Ross Sneddon, the Head Pastry Chef in the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh. We worked together for 2 years way back in 2008. Since then Ross has gone from strength to strength and after moving and trying different culinary avenues has returned to Edinburgh where we caught up and decided to work on a small video together (you can see it in my showreel). It was a creative joy to work with Ross again and we are planning for more in the future. 
Also, this work with Ross has gathered some attention from a PR company, maybe more work on the horizon! I need to hone my skills more and become even more focused than I already am.
